We love the look and quality of our Bosch fridge! The size is great to blend in with counter/cabinet depth. It's wider than our previous fridge, but not as deep. The ice maker is nails! The LED lights are amazing! The shelves/drawers are sturdy, except the larger/middle draw is a bit flimsy. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend it.

The interior water dispenser began leaking within six months of our purchase, so we no longer use it. The right side of the large drawer a plastic piece snapped off, so the drawer did not slide correctly anymore. And yesterday the entire front of the large plastic drawer panel shattered so while this refrigerator is beautiful, I would not recommend it because how easily it breaks.

Counter depth is great. This frig really does keep my food much nicer in the veg drawer and meat drawer, a real improvement. Love the shelving options and depth on the interior of the refrigerator. The ice and ice scoop are surprisingly perfect. I am completely happy. I am 70, live alone and love to cook every single day!

This is my second Bosch side by side refrigerator. I prefer to not have a water dispenser on the exterior as I like the flush look and hate water or ice cubes gettingon the floor. Loved the first one bought in 2018 which was passed on to the new homeowner along with the Bosch dishwasher, conduction cooktop and single wall oven. This new model has one freezer drawer rather than two but inside it has slider compartments. Also noticed the left door seems lighter to open than the previous model but other wise same cu ft and reliable functionality. Although I had a five year extended service contract I never needed it from 2018 - 2026. However, I did again purchase the "service insurance" on my new Bosch appliances as it's unpredictable.

This is our first Bosch Product. Initial review after delivery was feeling of a well built product - confidence builder. The layout options of food storage in both the refrigerator and freezer is well thought out and convenient. The unit is very quiet. The large ice storage is very easy to access.

The refrigerator is spacious and sleek. Not to many handles, and lots of customizable shelfs. We had a pull out freezer on our last refrigerator that had only two drawers. This one has three drawers that all pull out, with a little more room. Refrigerator blends in perfect and doesn't stand out in a bad way.

I love the in-the-inside water dispenser, the ice maker drawer and all the freezer space. The fruit and vegetable drawers are clear, making it easy to see what is there. HOWEVER, those clear drawers have a seam along the front bottom that collects all the tiny bits of veggies, herbs, etc. that fall to the bottom of the drawer. And it is not a simple matter of reaching in and wiping it up. In order to reach it, you have to remove the drawer, empty it and take the front off. I am not strong enough to get the front off. It is plastic and it feels like it will break rather than come apart. Please change the design!!!!!

I'm very happy with my Bosch 800 Series refrigerator. I spent a lot of time comparing refrigerators before choosing this one, and what really stood out to me was the combination of clean design, thoughtful organization, and overall quality.
The interior is very well laid out and makes it easy to see and organize everything without food getting lost in the back. I especially appreciate the flexible storage and separate drawers, which are great for keeping produce and other foods organized. The refrigerator maintains a consistent temperature, runs very quietly, and the doors and drawers have a solid, premium feel.
I also love the simple stainless-steel exterior. It has a clean, modern look without an external water and ice dispenser taking up space on the front. The counter-depth design gives my kitchen a much more streamlined appearance while still providing plenty of usable storage for our household.
After using it, I can see why Bosch has such a strong reputation for appliances. It feels like a refrigerator that was designed around how people actually use their kitchen-not just how it looks in a showroom. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I lost 3 cubic ft but have so much more room! The shelves are so incredibly well designed everything i could need fits in the fridge it's wider and shallower making it hard for food to get lost. Speaking of the lighting! It's amazing looks like a show fridge and it makes seeing everything so much easier! The last thing is like to mention is the longevity of this model. It's so nice to be able to see reviews from previous years. It seems other mfgs put out junky models every year and then replace them with another. It's so nice to see a brand confident in their products

After looking at what felt like every refrigerator out there, I finally decided on the Bosch 800 Series and I'm so glad I did. I've only had it for a short time, but so far I absolutely love it.
The refrigerator feels very solid and well made, and I love how clean and streamlined it looks in my kitchen. The interior lighting is beautiful, it's extremely quiet, and I really like being able to organize everything so I can actually see what's in my refrigerator instead of forgetting things in the back.
One of my favorite things is the thoughtful layout. Even though it's counter-depth, I've been pleasantly surprised by how much I can fit inside. The drawers and adjustable storage make a big difference, especially when I have larger containers or pots to put away.
I researched a LOT before buying this refrigerator and went back and forth between several brands and models. I'm very happy that I ultimately chose Bosch. It looks beautiful, feels premium, and so far has been a wonderful upgrade to my kitchen.

This is a high quality refrigerator. For counter depth size there is actually a lot of room inside. At first I was wondering why the water filling access was inside and the ice maker inside the freezer door but I like it better now. The quality and quantity of the ice is much better than any other we've owned. I wish the French doors didn't have the middle flap because it seems like it will wear out eventually and it's hard to remember to close right then left.

We purchased this Bosch refrigerator expecting the quality and reliability associated with a premium appliance brand. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.
Since purchasing the refrigerator, it has made an abnormal and very noticeable noise that should not be present in an appliance at this price point. Bosch eventually sent a technician to address the issue, but following that repair attempt, the freezer-which had previously been functioning-stopped working entirely.
We subsequently lost the use of our freezer and had food spoil as a result.
What has made the situation worse is the difficulty getting Bosch to resolve the problem. We have contacted customer service repeatedly, provided the model and product information multiple times through calls, emails, and attachments, and requested escalation to supervisors. Despite this, we continue to be asked for information that has already been provided, and each interaction seems to restart the process rather than move us toward a resolution.
At this point, we have a new premium refrigerator that began with an unresolved noise issue and now has a nonfunctioning freezer following an authorized service visit.
For an appliance at this price point, both the product reliability and the support we have received have fallen far below expectations. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this refrigerator or Bosch's handling of warranty/service issues.

I really like the look and performance of my Bosch side-by-side refrigerator. One of the main reasons we were willing to pay more for this refrigerator than average is that it features dual cooling zones, which keep your ice tasting fresh. It works s promised! We had a similar feature in a far more expensive Subzero refrigerator and grew to appreciate it. Compared to the Subzero, the sliding drawers are a bit awkward to use; they feel a little flimsy and don't ever seem to fully close, but produce keeps well in them. You also have to make sure you close the refrigerator doors firmly; one will often rest ajar. Happily, the connected app lets you know right away and I've gotten better at closing the doors fully. The space inside is generous. The icemaker tends to make a lot of ice before it ever shuts itself off. Be aware that it takes several days after filter replacement for the icemaker to get going again. Despite these flaws, I love this refrigerator and think it's an excellent value for the price. I would buy it again, since I'm picky about my ice.

We purchased a Bosch 2 door and one reezer drawer model. The refrigerator looks and works great. The only downside is-sides is that the right side door (with the flapper) does not close on its own. I tried tilting the refit back slightly and I applied some food-safe grease to the latch. That helped but it still requires a push to close the door.
Also, the full-width drawer in the refrigerator section is made of very thin clear plastic. I'm expecting it will eventually crack or break. That should've been more substantially constructed.

Everything was perfect in our recently purchased home except for the basic top freezer refrigerator which was disturbingly loud in our open-design floorplan. The Bosch 800 series is so quiet that I've checked to see if the ice maker was even working. I appreciate being able to arrange the split shelves as needed to accommodate various containers. Only minor issue with the French door style is that I have to open both doors to access the left veggie bin. Overall, quite happy with my purchase.

We built a new house and purchased all Bosch appliances. They have performed very well and stand up to the brand that we expected and respect. We moved into our new house in Feb 2021 and they have performed well. Only minor issues, our refrigerator ice maker has had some issues and have had a two service calls which ended up needing to replace the ice maker which cost us $800. The other issue was our double oven where the top oven temperature is not the same as the lower one. We have not been able to resolve that problem yet.

I like how narrow it is. The icemaker is top-notch. The water spout inside the fridge is a nice touch. However, the doors are very light and often don't close all the way. They feel very cheap and plasticky, which I would not expect from such a high and expensive refrigerator.

This is a good machine. I'm not talking about the WiFi and bells and whistles, the core is solid. It has two cooling units, one for the fridge and one for the freezer, which is good. But in two years of ownership, I've spent $750 on repairs: a defective freezer defrost heater, various service visits for error codes, when there's an error an alarm goes off - and off, and off - until it's cleared by repairing.

Excellent refridgerator, love the dual compressor so each are is cooled to the best efficiency. We did have problems with doors closing and had the service representative made some adjustments. All is good now. Love the alerts on my phone if someone leaves the door ajar. ICE is great too, make more than my wife and I can consume.

we adore our refrigerator. It's quiet, clean, keep things perfectly cold. when our last model stopped working we replaced it with the exact same model.
Be aware, there are lemons. Hopefully this will last us many many years.
One thing that could be improved is the door closure. The right door must be closed first and then the left. If the left door is closed you must ensure that the right door closes fully by pushing on it rather hard. All of that aside we love it.

The doors on the fridge don't shut well. It's easy for them to stay open even after you attempt to shut. This is true even after adjusting the tilt of the fridge.

The refrigerator does a great job of keeping everything cold and produce stays fresh longer than our old appliance. The water dispenser is like a firehose and splashes everywhere if we fill a water glass. We solved the problem by using a deep pitcher. We fill that up and leave it in the fridge. Our kids have grown so there is less opening and closing of the doors. The doors do need to be intentionally closed and it takes a modest amount of pressure to make sure the door closes. I think that is a good think because I know the fridge is closed tight and will not waste energy. I have the app on my phone and I get an alert if the door is left opened. I have used the app to turn the icemaker on and off as needed. Overall I give the appliance five stars because it appears well made, so far, and it also has a nice appearance in our kitchen.

Great fridge but the French doors often get stuck partially open, so we have to be more mindful that they close all the way. The alarm is helpful!

This refrigerator was already in the house when we purchased it. Initially had my doubts about the lack of an external ice maker. Now that I have gotten used to the internal one I love it. It is easier to access ice efficiently and quickly compared to any prior external dispenser I have ever used. No more stray ice cube droppings on the floor and less noisy. The clean look of not having an external dispenser is a bonus. The refrigerator runs quietly and operates well. The only additional feature missing for me is a link to Alexa that would automatically verbalize a notification that one of the doors is open. I get the notification through the Home Connect app on my phone, but do not always check that and often do not see that right away.

All of the drawers pull weirdly and it just gives a cheap feel. I am pretty upset about it.
