We just got the fridge and it has been great. I love the interior and how it looks. The only drawbacks are I wish the freezer door closed a little smoother, I would like a small basket in the freezer to hold small stuff to make it easy to access, and setting up the shelves in the fridge took some effort. But other than that I like it so far.

Nice "fridge". Very roomy on the inside. Our lsat one was 28 cubic ft. This one is 29 and seems way bigger on the inside. The doors are a little heavy and kind of stiff when opening and closing, maybe in time they will break in. But overall, for the price and features, a very good choice. Much better than the Samsung we replaced!

I love this fridge. It™™s worlds way better than the 205 Frigidaire Gallery we had that went out on us. Pros:Lots of freezer spaceMore shelf storage between both left and right French doorsExcellent internal temperature control Water dispenser is kept more hygienic being inside of the fridge vs on the outsideHaving a dedicated cheese drawerBeing able to change out sections of the internal layout so if we have much bigger/taller items we can transfigure the shelves without issueCons:Water dispensed could be colder, definitely not as cold as our old fridgeIce maker took a full 24 hrs to dispense ice + we were had to dump the first tray due to the new filter instructions. All in all we couldn™™t use the ice from the fridge for close to 48hrs (not horrible just annoying)It™™s smudge resistant, not proof. Which really should be expected but if that™™s important to you than do with that knowledge what you willBoth of my grievances really only impact the folks who are like my family and I who really depend on the functionality of a water / ice dispenser

Delivered on time. Small blemish on door. Delivery guys immediately called and got me an adjustment. After 24 hours both refrigerator and freezer are at temperature. All lights are working. I'm very happy!!!

NEVER DELIVERED, NO CONTACT FROM SHIPPER. I have received emails stating the entire order has been delivered/closed, yet still seem to be without my fridge. This is a very common occurrence with Frigidaire based on other reviews as well.

Maybe I'm weird, but I prefer water dispenser and ice container not on the outside. Also it is very easy to replace air filter and water filter. Did I say it is spacious?

I gave the Home Depot sales person the exact model number I wanted which was the Gallery model that we had bought a year earlier in another city and not the standard model. He told me that they did not have the model i read to him and he did not inform me that the number I gave was actually valid. So without me understanding the various models , he sold me the standard one. He never explained. So although we are happy with what we bought, we are disappointed with that sales person and now we can't get what we really wanted. Shame on me for not being smarter than the salesman.

I ordered this fridge in April and received it on April 29th. Less than two days later, I had to call because the seal was already broken. I was told a technician would come fix it, so I took an entire day off work™"only for no one to show up. When I called back, I was met with attitude and even got hung up on by customer service.They eventually agreed to send a replacement fridge™"but that one also arrived with the same issue: a broken seal. I had to take off another day to deal with it.Then came fridge #3. I waited yet again all day, but no one showed up. They later claimed there were truck issues and said they tried calling at 1 a.m.™"which is ridiculous. No one confirms a delivery at 1 in the morning.When the third fridge finally arrived, it again had a broken seal. I told them to take it back. That™™s three broken fridges, four days off work, and nothing to show for it.I asked if I could just choose a different model and they take care of the difference. I was told no™"unless the difference was only $20 or maybe $50. Despite all the time, stress, and inconvenience, they were completely unwilling to make this right.To this day, I still haven™™t had a working fridge or received a refund. I™™ve been endlessly waiting for a resolution that never comes.This brand has shown nothing but unprofessionalism™"from poor customer service to faulty products. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I am pretty happy with my new fridge. It is spacious in both the fridge and freezer. It is very quiet. The only issue, small, is the ice maker. It only like makes a half a tray at a time so it took quite a while to build up anything.

Overall I like the fridge and meets expectations. However, I am annoyed that the water dispenser doesn't chill the water but rather it comes out at room temperature. Also, the switch to turn the ice on/off is difficult to find and reach. It looks like there was supposed to be a small shelf in the freezer, but didn't come with one.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the ice maker issue with my new refrigerator.Since it was installed 3 weeks ago, it has been making very little ice. It took a week for the ice to cover the bottom of the tray in one layer of ice cubes. Last week, I contacted the warranty department to schedule a technician visit, which was scheduled for Thursday 05/22 between 12 PM and 5 PM. Consequently, I had to leave work early that day. When the technician had not arrived by approximately 4 PM, I called the service department. The representative I spoke with assured me that the technician was running late but would still arrive, and I was advised to continue waiting. However, no one ever came or called me that evening.The following day, Friday 05/23, I called again and was rescheduled for a service appointment this past Monday 05/26, again between 12 PM and 5 PM. Given my previous experience, I specifically asked the representative for confirmation that the technician would indeed be there, as I had even canceled holiday plans to ensure I was home. Once again, nobody called and no technician showed up at my residence.When I called again today 05/27, I was simply offered a third rescheduling of the technician visit. Understandably, I am far from satisfied with this resolution. Having been stood up twice already, I have no confidence that a third appointment would be any different. Furthermore, I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor to address this pattern of unreliable service. I was informed that all managers and supervisors were in a meeting but that I would receive a callback sometime today. When I inquired about a specific timeframe for this callback, the representative was unable to provide one.To be clear, I am exceedingly dissatisfied with the level of service I have experienced. I no longer wish to simply reschedule a technician who has failed to appear on two separate occasions. I feel that my time and as a customer, I have not been treated with respect or value.Buyer Beware.

We haven™™t had this refrigerator very long, but we like it. It™™s good looking, and has a nice amount of space. I like that there is an internal water dispenser, but I would like it even more if the water was fridge cold rather than room temp. Overall, though, we™™re happy with our purchase so far.

Do not buy this refrigerator or any products from this company. Their policies are terrible, and the quality is poor. I purchased the refrigerator in August 2024, and within six weeks, it started accumulating ice and freezing our food. It took six months of sending a repair company to fix it, but there were no results, and I eventually received a replacement fridge. Unfortunately, the replacement fridge had the same issue within two weeks of installation. Now, there is still no resolution because the company insists on starting the entire process over again, requiring another repair company to come out, which leads to no results. They hide behind their warranty, claiming they need to conduct repairs and that their ™master mechanic™ must decide on a replacement. The problem is, as a consumer, you never get to speak to the master mechanic.

Our LG Refrigerator quit after 11 years. My husband wanted a refrigerator without any bells and whistles. This is the one!! The ice in in the freezer in a tray. No spilling ice all over the floor and water dispenses from inside. This refrigerator is Big and Great. I love it!!!

The refrigerator is very spacious with easily adjustable separate shelves on each side making it customizable to our needs. Freezer drawer has no more space than our side by side. Would like more capacity there and a smaller ice cube box since we don™™t use much. Great water dispenser, but disappointing water is not chilled. Overall, a great addition & many more favorable reviews than other brands.

Fridge is super roomy inside for big families. My only negative was the connection for the water hose in the rear of the fridge. I feel it's a bad design and awkward angle when installing the hose.
