I purchased this product after my GE portable AC gave up in 6 months. I am, as of now, been using for the last two months and I am quite satisfied with the performance. The loose level is quite low and it is cooling down my Master Bedroom (250 sq ft) properly as expected.

I have been using this for about a week now during a period of combined heat and poor air quality requiring all windows to remain closed. It™™s portability is really convenient. My apartment is small, consisting of two sections where air doesn™™t flow easily between. During the day I use it in the front part with large picture windows and much heat gain and it keeps the temperature very comfortable. At night I roll it into the bedroom and run it for an hour or so before I go to bed and then usually I don™™t have to run it during the night. I have been surprised at how quiet it seems to be.My apartment has windows that the window vent plate provided is not meant for: crank out casement windows. I was able to make a workable connection out of a thin sheet of metal and tin shears.I am very happy with the unit so far and I™™m hopeful it will be as effective during mid summer months when the outside temperature can be over 100. I have not yet used the dehumidifying function.I have been surprised at how quiet it seems to be.

I bought my unit on 8/31/2020 and i received unit on September 10, 2020 I had the unit stand up for one hour and it was easy to set up in window and add the hose and I set temp at 69 degrees and turned unit on and it blows cold air and works just really well. I picked Frigidaire because Of a good household name and I read a lot of reviews and I purchased an extended warranty just to because if any problems arise I have A phone number and parts are still being made if something needs to be replaced

AC was great really helpful in the heat. The only downfall now is that i just plugged in a toaster in another room to reheat food. Then all the sudde the circuit overloaded and took out my power. Now I dont have working outlets in my apartment and lights. The breaker is still on the on position and I cant replace the breaker switch because its really old discontinued now I might have to pay more than what the AC cost me to fix my electricity.

Seems to cool our large bedroom pretty sufficiently. The window access is a bit bulky, but manageable. Overall, I think it's going to work well for what we needed. Nice that it has the timer feature.

I bought the Frigidaire right after several out-of-character, unusually hot episodes in the geographical area where I live. I purchased my unit after much research and comparison.The forecast was that there would be more hot days. When it heated up, I was ready. I live in an 1100 sq ft upstairs apartment. My bedroom is on the 3rd level. I had to install my Frigidaire downstairs where the only window the exhaust kit would fit lived. That air conditioner cooled the downstairs enough to cool the area in my room upstairs enough to make it bearable. I am familiar with the Frigidaire brand. I grew up with it. My life experiences with Frigidaire advised me that a company with a long history of making refrigerators had the expertise to get this right!

For those who criticize this unit because it "doesn't cool your entire house": Frigidaire states this air conditioner will cool approximately 600 sq. feet of space. That is the size of a 20' x 30' room, not an entire house.

I purchased this on the brand name alone to be honest. It works well and the Frigidaire brand is well known for its compressors. The only thing is, it condensates - A LOT. The temperature outside can be 85 degrees with unit set on 74, and it still condensates.

It works wonderfully. Use it in a very large bedroom on a second floor. It cools the room down into upper 60™™s in an hour. Great machine. Quieter than most window ACs. A little bulky but does it™™s job well

Easy installation, love the "swing" setting which moves the door up and down to help cool the whole area. Has really been of use during the recent west coast heat wave and fires! Had to clean the filters a lot, but they sure helped!

This is quieter than my most window units. Brings my bedroom at 78 degrees down to 60 in fifteen minutes. It will not awaken you when the compressor comes on. Easy installation even with my window that opens out.

excellent AC unit. you may need to get the window panel cut down to fit your window but other than that it is an easy install. I had a Haier 12000 btu unit that was supposedly a top 5 over all model from 2016 and the frigidaire unit is noticeably better. it is significantly quieter (even on high speed), cools my living room down better and noticeably less on my on my power bill. it is also less expensive than the Haier model I bought in 2016. great AC unit, I am very happy with the purchase.

In the midst of a heatwave I was desperate for cool air. Even though it was hot I still did my due diligence and researched various brands of portable air conditioners that would fit not only my home but the home to my fur sisters as well. No matter what website I was on Frigidaire continued to pop up as a great buy. After reading the reviews and the functions of the the unit, easy set up, a dehumidifier mode, quite motor operation, easy use of the function panel and easy access to clean the filters, the Frigidaire was the one for me. After it was set up the slow transition of a being in a hot oven to a cool comfortable air my fur sisters and I all agree that this was a great purchase and we look forward to many more cool and comfortable days ahead!Happy and Cool Customers :)

I bought this to augment the poor air conditioner my landlord gave us as its power never reached my bedroom. I am so glad that I bought this as not only has it kept me cool in a 4th floor attic apartment but it's barely louder than your standard desktop fan and the monster of inefficiency and noise my landlord provided. This all despite the fact I'm sitting a mere 3ft away from. Frankly I know the rest of the house is jealous and have been sneaking into my room for moments of respite.
