The Frigidaire 35 Pint Dehumidifier with Wi-Fi works great. I also bought the hose so I would not need to empty the tray It works great also. I am going to purchase the filter soon. I bought a Frigidaire Dehumidifier about 15 years ago that still works well. I just wanted a new one with with Wi-Fi.

The 35 pint dehumidifier has pulled a lot of water from our basement! The previously damp carpet, now feels dry under our feet. While it™™s not super loud, we run it during the day when we are not in the room. It™™s too loud for us over night.

I™™ve had my new dehumidifier for almost 2 weeks now and it™™s done a great job of keeping the humidity levels at a reasonable level. There are 4 settings and I mostly have used auto but it™™s nice to have other choices. I really like that I can access it through the app. I™™m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

I bought two of these for my living room and bedroom. I do not have central air and I live in a 1940s era condo. I was super worried about my health when I saw that my humidity levels were reaching 70%! These dehumidifiers sense the humidity levels in the room and are super easy to empty. I much prefer the smaller models. Overall I am super pleased and my living space doesn™™t smell like old house anymore.

The dehumidifier was easy to setup. The instructions were easy to follow. I really like to the fact that this unit comes with the ability to directly drain into our sump. It is very quiet. Our basement feels dryer already and the unit has only been running a few days.

This is the replacement of 12 years old one and no surprises. It has been used in 500 sqft finished basement for 1 month, never turned off, set it to 40%, it is very accurate, I placed a thermometer next to it. Also I setup the app , so I have a better visibility . It is much quieter , and operates much more efficiently than the older ones. I highly recommend it!

The dehumidifier was very easy to set up. We are very happy about the ability to monitor it through an app, since this is set up in a vacation home. Our previous non-brand unit failed and left up with a mildewed basement. We have a Frididaire in our primary home which has been reliable and dependable.

I have bought three Frigidaire dehumdifiers in last 3 years. Two different models. ( 50 pint and 35 pint).Each one has died down (E3) quickly.One time it was replaced because of warranty.Next one died immediately after warranty expired in 13 months.I bought a new different moel (35 Pint) that lasted about two months. same issue - E3. Amazon has replaced it. I have a bought a five yeras warraty now. I do not know how long this will last.

I™™m unreasonably excited about how well this dehumidifier works. It has been hard for me to find a dehumidifier that is both reasonably priced + effective, and this one hit those marks for me. And it doesn™™t look too bad! It can be a little loud when it™™s going, but it™™s not disruptive unless you are standing pretty close to it. It got rid of the damp smell in my home in just about an hour or two (I live in a 750 sq.ft. apartment). It filled up the tank quickly at first and has been going at a more reasonable, even pace since then. I™™m in love.

The delivery of the dehumidifier was phenomenal. Ordered on 7/30, shipped on 7/31, was supposed to hear from the delivery team for delivery day and time window, but the dehumidifier arrived on Saturday 8/2 before that could happen. The delivery person actually read the sign in my driveway instructing not to drive the truck up the steep driveway (a permanent sign for all visitors/ deliveries) and left the dehumidifier at the bottom of drive entirely covered with a plastic bag to shield it from the rain. I don™™t know which company Frigidaire used, but I very much appreciated the super-fast delivery and professionalism.For the first few days I tested the dehumidifier inside my home to get to know its options and functions. I don™™t use a dehumidifier in my living area, I purchased it to place in my crawlspace, but there was plenty of moisture to grab and this machine took no time to fill the bucket, so I used it for a couple of days overnight. The fan noise was noticeable even on low in my smaller, open living space, but not enough to not disrupt my sleep; I don™™t have a comparison to other dehumidifiers as I haven™™t used one before inside my living space. The size of the dehumidifier is not too big considering the amount of moisture it is designed to remove, so therefore not too heavy, and it maneuvers around on its wheels well. The bucket is easy to remove, empty and replace and the machine turns off when filled. The crawlspace where the dehumidifier is now located is actually high enough to walk into and extends the entire length and width of the foundation; the floor, covered with a vapor barrier is sloped, and the property just out side the crawlspace door continues to slope downhill. Once the dehumidifier was placed and leveled I attached a 3/8™ diameter, 50 foot garden hose and ran it out the crawlspace and into the woods for continuous drainage of collected water. After making an adjustment to the door to be sure the hose would not be pinched at all, the drain hose worked perfectly. I know most folks would simply be going to a nearby drain, but I did not have that option, but do have all the downward momentum needed to send all the water down the hose and out. I am very happy about this set up because I was able to purchase a dehumidifier without a pump (which would be needed if one needed to drain water up and out a window or sink and maybe even into a drain). My previous crawlspace dehumidifier (a different brand) was bigger, handled more water collection, was suited for an even larger space, and had a pump™"it died after 2 years. The Frigidaire phone app that uses Wifi to monitor appliances is very easy to set up; I used it while at work to know if it my new set up was working. This is how I learned that the hose was pinched at first!™"I could tell that the machine automatically switched to collecting water in the bucket and then shut off once the bucket was filled by viewing the very clear information on the home page once the app is opened that states the target percentage of humidity in the crawlspace and the actual level. Because I am using continuous drainage and manual settings to keep the dehumidifier running at all times until a specific humidity level is met, I don™™t use the app to control functions like setting on and off times, days of the week to run, and other options, but I sure love opening the app and seeing that this dehumidifier is working like a charm to bring my crawlspace to the desired humidity, and I am assured that if the hose were to become clogged or if wildlife disturbed the hose, I would be able to detect that by glancing at the app. For those who will use the bucket to collect water, I believe the app will give an alert when the bucket is filled. A note about the noise level now that I run the fan on high in the crawlspace: Even though the dehumidifier is directly under a bedroom, the noise is very faint (most would not be able to detect it).At this point I am very happy with this product and accessories. It will need to prove itself through some colder temperatures during the winter months and into the rainy springtime and over the next few years, but I am optimistic.

Just received my new dehumidifier. What I like is I can easily attach a 15 foot garden hose so I can empty the water to my sump pump. The big thing going for this dehumidifier is the additional warranty of 5 years and brand recognition.

Highly recommended (I purchased two: a30 pint & 50 pint); both dehumidifiers arrived within one week after ordering and arrived in sturdy packaging. I strongly suggest ordering them directly from Frigidaire™™s website for the best price and with confidence knowing they are brand new; and being purchased & shipped directly from the manufacturer. Heads-up: if you™™re not going to use the drain hose option they are a bit heavy when filled with water; don™™t wait until they are full to empty.I am quite happy using the drain hose option (hint: order a drain hose kit from Frigidaire too) but in hindsight wish I had purchased both units with the pump option (so I could drain them into a nearby sink).I know; I™™m babbling on so I™™ll sum up this review: I would not hesitate to purchase another brand new product directly from Frigidaire™™s official website.
